Shipping Rates & Delivery

All items will be sent by a track and trace service via our courier provider within New Zealand. Delivery time within New Zealand is 2-3 working days (rural deliveries may take longer). All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours; after this time we cannot stop delivery. Orders received on weekends or Public Holidays are shipped the next business day.

Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct address details as we are not liable for delivery to an incorrect address. Should you enter the wrong address, The Refinery Room is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

For purchases outside of New Zealand, The Refinery Room is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.

Standard post outside of New Zealand in not tracked and The Refinery Room takes no responsibility for a parcel being misplaced or not delivered. Option of track and trace courier to Australia.

Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the original order date, and we will happily exchange your item or give you a refund.

Money-back Guarantee
The Refinery Room offers a full 30-day money back refund guarantee. If, within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please return the product with your proof of purchase for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@therefineryroom.co.nz and send your item to: 699c Wairere Drive, Chartwell, Hamilton 3281

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from therefineryroom.co.nz (the "Site").

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
